All products sold through the online store are limited-edition fine art prints. Originals are not sold through the website and are available by inquiry only.

Each limited edition print is produced in a fixed quantity. Once an edition is sold out, it will not be reprinted in that size or format.

Accuracy of Information
Every effort is made to display artwork colors, textures, and details as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting conditions.

Pricing & Availability
Prices are subject to change without notice. Availability is not guaranteed until purchase is completed and payment is confirmed.

Payment
All payments must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Ben Mena. Purchasing a print does not grant reproduction or commercial rights.

• Prints are produced using archival materials and professional printing processes.
   
• Each print is part of a clearly defined limited edition.
   
• Editions are not reproduced once sold out.
   
• Edition numbers, if provided, may be assigned sequentially or randomly.
   

Prints are produced and shipped via a professional fine art print partner.

• Production times may vary and will be stated at checkout when applicable.
   
• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
   
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
   

Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Because all prints are made to order and limited edition, all sales are final.

No refunds or returns are accepted for:

• Buyer’s remorse
   
• Incorrect size selection
   
• Minor color variation due to screen differences
   

Damaged or Defective Prints
If your print arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• A description of the issue
   
• Clear photos of the damage and packaging
   

If approved, a replacement will be issued. Refunds are only considered if a replacement is not possible.
